Privacy & data protection (GDPR)
- Controller: DeviceSunsetCheck, part of the Leandro Sierra product portfolio; contact via the form (contact@leandro-sierra.com).
- Diagnostic searches: run locally in your browser and are not sent to or stored on our servers.
- Contact messages: processed on the basis of your request (pre-contractual/legitimate interest); kept up to 12 months then deleted.
- Account & watchlist: if you sign in, we store your email and the device slugs you track to provide the watchlist (legitimate interest/consent); deleted on request or via the in-app Delete my account action.
- Processors: Google (sign-in relay), FormSubmit/SMTP (contact delivery), GoatCounter (cookieless, anonymized analytics, no cross-site tracking). No data sale, no advertising profiling without consent.
- Advertising: AdSense scripts and cookies load only after you accept the cookie banner; you can decline with equal ease.
- Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability (account export), restriction and objection; exercise them via the contact form. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Accessibility statement
- Conformance target: WCAG 2.2 level AA (EN 301 549), per the European Accessibility Act in force since 28/06/2025.
- Declared state: partially conformant — automated axe-core audit shows no critical or serious violations on key pages (home, diagnostic, device pages, account).
- Known limitations: some data-rich pages have not yet had a full manual screen-reader audit.
